- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) - Flexible hours available

Your Role
As a Site Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional water infrastructure projects for Southern Water. This is your chance to be part of Kier’s impressive £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership Framework, working on projects that enhance water safety, quality, and resilience for millions of households across the South East.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, while monitoring monthly costs.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities for smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- You can read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- You possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
- You have in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- You hold a full driving licence and are willing to travel to various construction sites.
