Your Role
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play an essential role in maintaining our buildings. You’ll primarily be based at Oaks Park High School, while also providing support to our Greenwich Care Homes as needed. This permanent position offers a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will be valued and nurtured.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
- Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building fabric systems.
- Perform minor installation works, refurbishments, and system adjustments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities.
- Participate in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota to provide essential emergency support.
