Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Your Role
As a Building Services Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing essential technical expertise across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs.
- Collaborating with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Building strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed.
- Participating in meetings with senior management and clients, and preparing reports as needed.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have practical experience in electrical work.
- Hold a recognized apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification.
- Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
- Have a full driving license.
