At Butlin’s, we believe that great holidays start with incredible food, and we’re on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Junior Kitchen Manager to run the pass at our vibrant, open-kitchen restaurant: Firehouse Grill!

Imagine being at the center of the action, serving up tongue-tingling chargrilled favorites, juicy chicken, signature build-your-own burgers, and epic sharing platters. In our open kitchen, guests get to witness the culinary magic unfold right before their eyes!

Your Role

If you’re a spirited leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to keep a large team inspired under the spotlight, this is your time to shine! You’ll be:

• Working a 40-hour week spread over 5 days out of 7.
• Flexibly covering our fantastic adult breaks, with some shifts involving late-night finishes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you will:

• Lead by example in full view of our guests, keeping energy high and presentation standards flawless.
• Take full responsibility for managing margins, controlling costs, and hitting food budgets.
• Run daily briefings and mentor your chefs to unleash the team’s potential and build a fun, high-performing culture.
• Drive strict accountability for all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Step up to manage the kitchen whenever the Kitchen Manager is away.
