Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in leading a team of up to 10 talented individuals, all while ensuring our guests leave with a smile!

Your Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will:

• Support the daily operations of the kitchen, keeping our guests at the heart of every decision.
• Assist in resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build an exceptional team.
• Monitor guest experiences and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

• Experience in a similar role, or a desire to advance your career in the kitchen.
• A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
