Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our vibrant team at Greenwich Care Homes in London!

Location & Hours

Location: Mobile across Greenwich Care Homes (London)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role

As a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our care home facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming for both residents and staff. This is a permanent position where you will be part of a dedicated Facilities Management team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
  • Diagnose and repair faults across building systems, including HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbing.
  • Undertake fabric maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
  • Support small refurbishment projects and coordinate with sub-contractors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records using our digital systems.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You hold electrical qualifications (Level 3 in Electrical Installations, C&G 236, or 18th Edition).
  • You have experience in multi-skilled maintenance across mechanical and fabric work.
  • You’re comfortable using digital devices to update work records.
  • You enjoy collaborative problem-solving and thrive in a supportive team environment.
  • You’re passionate about delivering exceptional service in sensitive care settings.
