Location: Liverpool
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – with some flexibility available!
Salary
Starting from: £40,000 per annum

Your Role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will:
- Lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- Play a key role in BIM-led delivery.
- Produce high-quality drawings and technical information using REVIT.
- Coordinate and manage BIM information across projects.
- Support planning applications and statutory approvals.
- Conduct site visits and oversee contract administration.
- Contribute to design risk management and principal designer duties.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary design team.
- Assist in bids, sales activity, and project delivery across the region.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Are a qualified Architectural Technologist (MCIAT/ACIAT) or equivalent (HNC/Degree).
- Have experience in delivering detailed design using REVIT and BIM.
- Are confident in leading projects and supporting junior technicians.
- Possess knowledge of UK building regulations and construction standards.
- Have experience across sectors such as education, MOD/MOJ, or blue light.
- Are passionate about sustainable and low carbon design.
