Join Our Team as a Site Agent!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of water infrastructure? We’re looking for a Site Agent to join our dynamic Southern Water team in the South East. This is your chance to be part of something big!

Location

Based in the South East with the flexibility of remote working. Occasional travel to the office will be required.

Hours

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with some flexibility on hours available. Just let us know what works for you!

Your Role

As a Site Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional water infrastructure projects for Southern Water. You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Managing site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, while monitoring monthly costs.
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and local authorities for smooth project delivery.
• Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• You can read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• You possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
• You have in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• You hold a full driving licence and are willing to travel to various construction sites.
