Contract Details
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £27,976 to £33,000 depending on experience + call out + overtime + standby

Your Responsibilities
As a Highways Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in our Operative team, engaging in both reactive and planned highways maintenance tasks. Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on the network, utilizing a variety of plant and equipment.
- Ensuring site and company equipment is secure and raising any issues with your designated supervisor.
- Completing daily record sheets and using WMS/MMW applications during incidents and emergency repairs.
- Conducting daily defect reports on vehicles and maintaining them in good order.

This role is perfect for you if you:
- Are Street Works qualified (units 1-9).
- Hold a full driving licence.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
