Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of civil and structural works? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Sub-Agent to join our Severn Trent Framework based in Wanlip. This is your chance to take ownership of operational resources and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while collaborating with a supportive team.

Location & Hours

Location: Wanlip

Hours: 45 hours per week (some flexibility available—just let us know when you speak to us!)

Please note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sub-Agent, you will be an integral part of our project team, helping to deliver high-quality infrastructure works. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems.
• Managing and monitoring sub-contractor performance to ensure works meet specifications.
• Overseeing site engineers and quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources while maintaining accurate records.
• Implementing daily activities in line with the main programme and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a relevant qualification (Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or Degree).
• You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with excellent organisational and commercial awareness.
• You possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative and enthusiastic attitude.
• You hold SMSTS and CSCS or CPCS Card qualifications.
