Key Responsibilities
Your Role Will Include:
- Leading the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
- Fostering a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
- Overseeing the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
- Acting as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
- Maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and secure environment.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
- Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner being an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
