As a Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers—wherever they are! From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.
Your Rewards
- Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,170, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- Flexible Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, including 1 in 4 Saturdays.
We’ll equip you for success from day one with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit—all provided!

Where You’ll Work
You’ll be part of the Warrington cluster, covering areas like Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn, Newton-le-Willows, Leigh, Golborne, and Ashton-in-Makerfield. You’ll be out on the road in your local area, working through a clearly planned schedule of appointments—no reactive callouts, just organized, pre-booked work where you can focus on doing the job properly.

What You’ll Need
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
