Location & Hours

Location: South East - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with occasional travel to the office.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) - We offer some flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!

Your Role

As a Site Agent, you will be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Managing site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, while keeping a close eye on monthly costs.
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and local authorities for seamless project delivery.
• Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• You can read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• You possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
• You have in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• You hold a full driving license and are willing to travel to various construction sites.
