About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role within our Commercial team, initially focusing on a prestigious large-scale project in London. Your expertise will help us exceed business targets and drive success!

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to the management team.
• Prepare monthly cost/value reports and analyze results alongside other contract team members.
• Produce comprehensive commercial reports and review trends with the team.
• Conduct physical measurements of works and ensure agreements with clients and subcontractors.
• Oversee the certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitoring them against forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
• Are educated to Degree level or possess equivalent experience.
• Have experience in a similar role.
• Possess confident IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
