Your Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial activities across a variety of exciting projects. You'll work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining invaluable experience while contributing to the successful delivery of impactful initiatives.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Assisting the Quantity Surveyor with all commercial matters, including contract administration and record keeping.
• Supporting the appointment of contractors and subcontractors, and placing orders for materials and equipment.
• Helping negotiate and agree on contract variations with customers and suppliers.
• Assisting in the measurement and valuation of work to support invoicing and payments.
• Contributing to the development and management of commercial relationships with customers, contractors, and subcontractors.
