Your Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
  • Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
  • Act as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
  • Has experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner being an advantage.
  • Possesses strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Is passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
