Location: Oaks Park High School, Newbury Park
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our buildings and ensuring they meet the highest standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building fabric systems.
- Performing minor installation works, refurbishments, and system adjustments.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities.
- Participating in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota to provide essential emergency support.

- You have solid experience in building maintenance with electrical qualifications (17th or 18th Edition).
