Ipswich

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Your Responsibilities

As a Building Services Engineer, you will:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults and undertaking repairs
  • Liaise with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met
  • Develop strong client relationships through clear communication
  • Monitor helpdesk jobs and ensure quality assurance inspections are completed
  • Attend meetings with senior management and clients, completing reports as required

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Have practical experience in electrical work
  • Hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification
  • Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation
  • Have a full driving licence
