Location & Hours
Location: New Shire Hall, Emery Crescent, Enterprise Crescent, Huntingdon, PE28 4YE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (with a one-hour lunch break)

Your Role
As an Electrical Engineer in our dedicated Facilities Management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our buildings across various sites. This mobile position promises variety, challenges, and the chance to truly impact your community.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance tasks, including emergency lighting testing, fire alarm activation testing, and pump/compressor fault diagnosis.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing electrical issues and completing first-time fixes whenever possible.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with NICEIC regulations.
- Accurately record all work on our CAFM system and collaborate with the Helpdesk for seamless service delivery.
- Support the induction and coordination of sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold Level 3 qualifications in Electrical Installations (such as C&G 236), Inspection and Testing (C&G), and 18th Edition (C&G 2382).
- You possess a clean driving license and are comfortable working across multiple sites.
- You are committed to maintaining the highest health and safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
