About the Role

As a key player in our Structures & Geotechnical team, you will contribute to the delivery of complex Civil & Structural Permanent Works services. Your expertise will ensure that our solutions are not only safe and buildable but also compliant at every stage. Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Structural Technician, you will:

• Produce BIM models, 3D designs, and 2D CAD drawings using REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to support tenders and project delivery.
• Check and coordinate building structures information in a quality assurance environment.
• Support bid and tender activities, including feasibility studies and concept design development.
• Undertake site inspections to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and British/European Standards.
• Contribute to design deliverables, including calculations, reports, and risk assessments.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (construction-related) or HNC/BTEC in Structural/Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction.
• Have extensive experience producing building structures models and drawings compliant with CDM Regulations and relevant standards.
• Possess strong knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing and scheduling to relevant standards.
• Are highly capable in REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD on building structures projects.
• Hold a Full driving licence.
• Are passionate about working for a collaborative, trusted, and delivery-focused organisation.

Working Conditions

Location: Norfolk - with some agile working options available.

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours is available, just let us know when you speak to us.
