Are you ready to take your architectural career to the next level? We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic Architectural team in the vibrant city of Liverpool. Location: Liverpool

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – with some flexibility available!

Salary

Starting from: £40,000 per annum

Your Role

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will:

• Lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Play a key role in BIM-led delivery.
• Produce high-quality drawings and technical information using REVIT.
• Coordinate and manage BIM information across projects.
• Support planning applications and statutory approvals.
• Conduct site visits and oversee contract administration.
• Contribute to design risk management and principal designer duties.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Assist in bids, sales activity, and project delivery across the region.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Are a qualified Architectural Technologist (MCIAT/ACIAT) or equivalent (HNC/Degree).
• Have experience in delivering detailed design using REVIT and BIM.
• Are confident in leading projects and supporting junior technicians.
• Possess knowledge of UK building regulations and construction standards.
• Have experience across sectors such as education, MOD/MOJ, or blue light.
• Are passionate about sustainable and low carbon design.
