Your Role

As a Team Member Plus, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to:

• Support various teams across the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience.
• Spend your Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodations.
• Explore different areas throughout the week, including:
• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Buffets, Bars & Shops
• The Fairground
• Work in multiple areas as needed, keeping your days fresh and engaging!

Plus, we offer exciting apprenticeship opportunities in:

• Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2
• Frontline Cleaner Level 2
• Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers! No prior experience is necessary; what truly matters is your positive attitude, energy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in our guests' experiences.

When you join us, you’ll benefit from:

• Hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas.

If you have any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal Licence Qualification

The Details

• Full-time role: 30-35 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7.
• Availability: Includes evenings and weekends.
• Relocation: Live-in accommodation is available.
• Age Requirement: Must be over 18.
