Your Role
As a Team Member Plus, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to:
- Support various teams across the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience.
- Spend your Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodations.
- Explore different areas throughout the week, including:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Buffets, Bars & Shops
- The Fairground
- Work in multiple areas as needed, keeping your days fresh and engaging!
Plus, we offer exciting apprenticeship opportunities in:
- Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2
- Frontline Cleaner Level 2
- Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers! No prior experience is necessary; what truly matters is your positive attitude, energy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in our guests' experiences.
When you join us, you’ll benefit from:

If you have any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
- FA Level 1 Football
- Archery GB ERCA
- High Ropes
- NCPLH Personal Licence Qualification
The Details
- Full-time role: 30-35 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7.
- Availability: Includes evenings and weekends.
- Relocation: Live-in accommodation is available.
- Age Requirement: Must be over 18.
