Key Responsibilities

As a Room Leader, your role will include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children
  • Fostering a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration
  • Overseeing the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents
  • Acting as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment

Are You the Ideal Candidate?

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
  • Has experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner being an advantage
  • Possesses strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Is passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
