Key Responsibilities
As a Room Leader, your role will include:
- Leading the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children
- Fostering a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration
- Overseeing the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents
- Acting as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
- Has experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner being an advantage
- Possesses strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Is passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
