Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Your Role

As a Building Services Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing essential technical expertise across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs.
  • Collaborating with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Building strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed.
  • Participating in meetings with senior management and clients, and preparing reports as needed.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Have practical experience in electrical work.
  • Hold a recognized apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
  • Have a full driving license.
