Your Earnings & Work Schedule

Enjoy a competitive base salary of £40,178, with the potential to earn up to £52,000 through bonuses and overtime. Plus, with our guaranteed overtime option, you can boost your base salary to £44,385!

• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Work 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Work Environment

As part of the Bristol cluster, you’ll cover areas like:

• Bristol (City Centre & Suburbs)
• Portishead
• Clevedon
• Filton

• Yate

You’ll be out on the road, working through a clearly planned schedule of appointments—no reactive callouts, just organized, pre-booked work!

Your Daily Responsibilities

Your day will start with a clear digital schedule, and you’ll be responsible for:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
