• A competitive base salary of £36,400 with a realistic OTE of £61,000. Top performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates.
• Flexible working hours with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, plus optional overtime.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be part of the Leeds cluster, covering areas like Leeds, Wakefield, Castleford, Pontefract, Dewsbury, Batley, Morley, Pudsey, Otley, and Garforth. We organize work locally, allowing you to start and finish at home, focusing on getting our members back on the road in your area.

Your Responsibilities

As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you’ll:

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to our members when they need it most.

What You’ll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
