Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge? The Supervisor Plus role at Butlin's is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring daily operational plans are executed flawlessly.
  • Coaching and supporting your team to meet key targets, including add-on sales and promotions.
  • Conducting audits to maintain high standards across various departments.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
  • Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

  • Be hands-on in driving operational success.
  • Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Create a warm and welcoming dining experience for our guests.
  • Coach and develop your team to ensure they excel in their roles.
  • Drive sales and manage stock effectively across various venues.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
  • A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to audits and compliance.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints with ease.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday) but will also work flexibly across departments as needed. This role requires adaptability to meet fluctuating guest demands while maintaining high operational standards.
