- Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,170, with potential on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Opt-in for guaranteed overtime after your first month, earning £30 per hour for extra days worked.
- Flexible Hours: Work 40 hours a week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Daily Adventure Awaits!
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, tackling pre-booked jobs where members are expecting you. You’ll be responsible for:
- Routine servicing
- Advanced diagnostics
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With no emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts, you’ll have the time and tools to deliver quality work.
What You’ll Need:
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
