Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a Site Agent to join our dynamic Southern Water team in the beautiful South East. This is your chance to play a vital role in delivering exceptional water infrastructure projects that impact millions of households!
Location & Hours
Location: South East - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working with occasional travel to the office.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) - We offer some flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!

Your Role
As a Site Agent, you will be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Managing site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, while keeping a close eye on monthly costs.
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and local authorities for seamless project delivery.
- Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- You can read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- You possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
- You have in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- You hold a full driving license and are willing to travel to various construction sites.
