Location & Hours

This role is based in London, with remote working options available and occasional travel to the office required. You’ll work 40 hours per week, with some flexibility on hours if desired.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of diverse construction engineering services across our projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in temporary and permanent works design
  • Support tender and bid processes with feasibility studies, design concepts, and value engineering solutions
  • Manage design projects from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance, acting as a trusted advisor on engineering matters
  • Conduct site visits, technical reviews, and assessments to ensure successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You’re an Incorporated member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., IEng MICE) with relevant experience
  • You possess strong technical knowledge in construction engineering and design
  • You’re comfortable managing projects and building positive client relationships
  • You can communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences
  • You’re passionate about continuous improvement, safety, and sustainable engineering practices
