Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are on the lookout for a talented and collaborative Field Sales Consultant to join our dynamic On-Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub Team. Based in Wiltshire, this home-based role offers exciting travel opportunities and the chance to be part of a team that’s growing year on year!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key player in our team, you will:

• Drive New Business: Focus on acquiring new leased & tenanted customers for Brakes while ensuring they meet our minimum spend criteria.
• Retain & Grow Key Accounts: Nurture existing relationships and expand our footprint within key customer accounts.
• Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with our dedicated telephone account managers to effectively manage leads.
• Uncover New Opportunities: Work proactively with external Pub Co area managers to identify potential growth within their pub estates.
• Innovate & Improve: Suggest enhancements to our L&T deals to solidify our position as the UK’s #1 foodservice wholesaler.
• Implement Strategic Plans: Execute territory plans as outlined by your line manager.
