Here, you’ll deliver planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members, whether at their driveway or workplace car park.

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:
- Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime options, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- Structured Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What to Expect
Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule, and you’ll be responsible for:
- Routine servicing
- Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With everything you need from day one—a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics—you’ll be empowered to deliver quality work efficiently.

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
