What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,170, with potential earnings of up to £52,000 through bonuses and overtime.
- Flexible Hours: Work 40 hours a week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
- Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, opt for extra rest days at £30 per hour. Just one extra day a month could earn you an additional £3,000 annually!
Your Responsibilities
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, and each job is pre-booked with the member expecting you. You’ll be responsible for:
- Routine servicing
- Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
