Your Role at a Glance
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:
- Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,170, with potential on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Choose to work extra days at £30 per hour after your first month.
- Structured Work Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Daily Responsibilities
Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule, where you’ll handle:
- Routine servicing
- Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Member advice and recommendations based on inspections
- Vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
