Your Role in the SMR Division
In this role, you’ll experience:
- No emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts.
- A clear digital schedule with pre-booked jobs.
- Time and tools to perform quality work.
You’ll cover the Chesterfield area, including Chesterfield, Mansfield, Alfreton, Bolsover, Clay Cross, and Dronfield. Each day, you’ll tackle:
- Routine servicing
- Advanced diagnostics
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Member advice and recommendations
- Vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
