As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld. Your attention to detail and engaging customer service will help us prioritize safety while leading poolside activities that create lasting memories for our guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety in the pool and on the flumes.
• Lead and support poolside activities.
• Work collaboratively across different teams to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness in accommodations on Mondays and Fridays.

About You

We’re looking for a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Team Member Plus, you’ll enjoy a variety of tasks and the opportunity to work with a diverse group of colleagues and guests.

If you have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through our NPLQ course. Just be prepared to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
