About the Role

Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld. Your attention to detail and engaging customer service will help us prioritize safety while delivering joy to our guests. You’ll also lead and support exciting poolside activities, crafting memorable moments for everyone!

Key Responsibilities

We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a dynamic team. Here’s what you can expect:

• Work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning our accommodations.
• Serve as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours.
• Enjoy a variety of tasks and interactions with different team members and guests.

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—if you can pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ qualification and kickstart your lifeguarding career.

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
