About the Role
As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support. Your expertise will help us meet our contractual obligations while fostering strong relationships with our clients. Here’s what you can expect:
- Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and undertake repairs.
- Collaboration: Liaise with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met.
- Client Relations: Develop strong relationships through clear communication.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor helpdesk jobs and ensure quality assurance inspections are completed.
- Reporting: Attend meetings with senior management and clients, completing reports as required.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have practical experience in electrical work.
- You hold a recognized apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification.
- You possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
- You have a full driving license.
Working Conditions
You'll be working Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm. Please note that we are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.
