Are you ready to make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Bias Engineer to join our dedicated team at Neath Port Talbot Hospital in Wales. This is your chance to play a vital role in ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently!

Neath Port Talbot Hospital, Port Talbot
Hours:
37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts available:
- Days: 08:00 - 16:30
- Morning: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00

Your Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Electrical Bias Engineer, you will:
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and installation works, ensuring all SLA/KPI targets are met.
- Diagnose and repair faults on systems and equipment, taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Install new plant and equipment while maintaining excellent standards.
- Contribute to asset management by providing regular updates and condition ratings.
- Identify additional work requirements and prepare material and labour estimates.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in electrical engineering, including 18th Edition certification.
- You’re passionate about delivering trusted service with care for safety, ethics, and communities.
- You have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong technical knowledge.
- You’re eager to develop your professional skills, potentially working towards EngTech accreditation.
