About the Role
Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on providing exceptional experiences for our guests! Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams at our resort, ensuring every guest has a fantastic stay.

As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld. Your attention to detail and engaging customer service will be key in making sure our guests enjoy their time in the pool and on the flumes. Plus, you’ll lead and support poolside activities, helping to craft unforgettable moments!

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety and enjoyment in the pool area.
• Lead and support engaging poolside activities.
• Work collaboratively across different teams to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in accommodation areas on Mondays and Fridays.

About You

We’re looking for a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who enjoys learning and working with a dynamic team. As a Team Member Plus, your role will be diverse and exciting, with no two days ever the same!

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career. Selected candidates will also need to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
