About the Role
Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests! Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring every guest has a fantastic stay at Butlin's.

Your role will involve:

• Cleaning and preparing accommodation for arriving guests on Mondays and Fridays.
• Engaging with our sports department for three days a week, participating in activities like football, archery, high ropes, and much more!

While previous experience in sports coaching is a plus, it’s not essential. What we truly value is your can-do attitude, positive mindset, and a genuine passion for making a difference in our guests' experiences.

• Interact with guests while running and teaching exciting activities.
