About the Role

In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay at Butlin’s.

Your journey will start with engaging in our core leisure activities, such as archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in the role, you’ll transition into larger-scale activities and sports, including football academy sessions, high ropes, and much more!

Additionally, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department. No two days will be the same, and you’ll gain hands-on experience across our most guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

About You

We’re seeking energetic and positive individuals who are excited to interact with guests and bring activities to life. If you enjoy getting involved, learning new skills, and delivering fun, engaging experiences, we want to hear from you!

• You don’t need a sports coaching background, although it would be a plus.
• What matters most is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for creating memorable moments for our guests.
• You’ll be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves variety in your role.
