As an Apple Engineer, you will be at the forefront of an innovative project, managing our fleet of corporate MacBooks. This is your chance to make a significant impact as we launch this initiative in its pilot stage! You’ll not only handle technical tasks but also serve as the bridge between technology and our diverse stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Your Key Skills

  • Jamf Expertise: Extensive experience with Jamf tools, particularly in Protect and Connect.

  • Certification: Active Jamf certification for managing software on corporate devices.

  • Apple Environment Management: Proven experience in managing Apple environments in mid-to-large organizations (100+ employees).

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills and deep technical knowledge of MacBooks.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in managing relationships with non-technical colleagues.

  • Proactive Attitude: Highly self-sufficient and capable of managing your own workload effectively.

Your Responsibilities

  • Device Management: Set up, manage, and maintain corporate MacBooks to ensure compliance.

  • Administration Oversight: Oversee tools for configuring devices, deploying updates, and managing features across the Apple stack.

  • Code Writing: Write code to support the management, configuration, and automation of Apple devices.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with various stakeholders, field questions, and provide technical support to non-tech colleagues.

  • Workload Management: Proactively manage your tasks to drive this pilot initiative forward.
