Are you ready to shape the future of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)? As a Product Owner, you will drive the product vision across our digital platforms, focusing on innovative authentication methods like passkeys, passwords, and biometrics. Your mission? To deliver exceptional customer value by modernizing authentication architectures and integrating various business units into a centralized CIAM platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify their requirements and pain points, translating these into actionable engineering solutions.

• Communicate the business value of modernizing user authentication channels across different internal teams.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize tasks, ensuring development efforts align with customer and business unit needs.

• Coach engineers to foster a strong, customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential: Proven ability to write and review user stories that define customer problems clearly.

• Essential: Experience delivering enterprise-wide capabilities, not just isolated applications.

• Essential: A customer-facing mindset to deeply understand business unit objectives.

• Desirable: Knowledge of Cybersecurity, CIAM, passkeys, biometrics, SMS, and 2-factor authentication.

• Desirable: An engineering or technical background to effectively evaluate value-adds and engage with technical teams.
