As our VP Transformation Lead, you will be at the forefront of building and acquiring an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license, paving the way for a significant business divestment. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will define the high-level strategy essential for our project's success.

Key Skills

• Commercial & Analytical Mindset: You possess strong business acumen, linking P&L to decisions and creating measurable outcomes.
• Customer Experience (CX) Expertise: Extensive experience in implementing digital customer interactions and CRMs (like Salesforce). A background in Financial Services is a plus, but we welcome candidates from major retail or tech firms (e.g., Amazon, John Lewis).
• Change & Project Management: Proven track record in managing projects from initial design to implementation within large organizations.
• Process Improvement: Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable, or equivalent skills in evaluating and enhancing processes from the customer's perspective.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Thrive in a greenfield environment where priorities shift. You are a self-starter who envisions the end goal and executes independently.
• Desirable but not mandatory: Experience in building process or enterprise architecture frameworks and understanding payments and gateways.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct the transformation by identifying and defining high-level strategic priorities.
• Conduct deep customer journey analysis to drive data-driven decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Run sprints and create epics, collaborating closely with product owners to execute designs.
• Manage project plans, adapting continuously to shifting priorities while conducting ongoing benefits modeling.
• Design and deliver a highly efficient, digital-led customer service offering that aligns with broader business strategies.
• Engage and manage complex stakeholder relationships across a large matrix organization.
