Job Title: Operations Analyst – Prime Brokerage Securities Middle Office

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Be the primary point of contact for your clients, expertly handling queries and escalations to ensure they feel valued and prioritized.
• Communication: Utilize your excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, to manage multiple queries seamlessly.
• Risk & Prioritization: Demonstrate strong risk awareness and prioritization skills to ensure timely trade settlements and adherence to SLAs, knowing when to escalate issues.
• Process Improvement: Review and enhance end-to-end client processes, collaborating with tech teams and clients to identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Independent Work: Work autonomously while understanding the appropriate channels for escalation when needed.

Key Requirements & Experience

• A background in Middle Office, trade processing, or securities is essential.
• Knowledge of the Prime Brokerage domain is highly beneficial.
• Strong Client Services experience, particularly with Financial Institution (FI) clients, will be a significant advantage.
