At Barclays, we are on the lookout for passionate Risk Assessment Senior Associates to lead the charge in investigating high-risk clients and complex cases. This is your chance to make a real impact by analyzing intelligence to uncover potential non-compliance, fraud, or misconduct, and recommending actions that safeguard both the bank and our valued clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Review court orders and advise on transaction monitoring.
- Escalate key issues to senior teams for further action.
- Conduct thorough investigations into high-risk clients.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, accountability, and financial integrity.
This role is initially temporary, but if you showcase the skills we’re looking for, it could lead to a permanent position within our dynamic team!
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to dissect complex information.
- Background knowledge in Financial Crime is a plus.
- A formal qualification in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) (e.g., ICA Diploma or Certificate) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Understanding of high-risk industry sectors and money laundering threats.
- Experience in conducting high-quality due diligence reviews.
- Proven ability to investigate and analyze data effectively.
