Your Role: Make an Impact!
As a key player in our Workforce Change and Restructuring delivery model, you will be involved in exciting projects across various entities. Your contributions will help drive and support essential change programs that shape the future of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support allocated change programs.
- Drive the HR workstream for initiatives such as restructuring, LEE transfers, outsourcing, and new site setups.
- Collaborate with in-country HRBP, ER, and other specialist HR functions as needed.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in Workforce Change and Restructuring (highlighted throughout your CV).
- Experience managing relationships with unions and conducting consultations in unionized environments.
- Strong background in employee consultations and redundancy processes.
- Experience with TUPE projects and leading large-scale change initiatives.
- Familiarity with current employment legislation.
- Excellent project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (intermediate level, including pivot tables and data management).
Essential Experience
- Technical knowledge of consultancy, unions, redundancy, and relevant legal requirements.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience in structuring and tracking programs effectively.
