Key Skills We’re Looking For
- Intake Coordination & Capacity Planning: Master the art of coordinating academy intakes from planning to confirmed start dates.
- Stakeholder Management & Influencing: Align diverse stakeholders and challenge constructively to achieve timely decisions.
- Senior-Ready Communication: Communicate complex information clearly and confidently to senior audiences.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Engage with complex data to identify risks early and creatively solve problems.
- Leadership: Lead complex tasks and guide team members using LEAD behaviors (Listen, Energise, Align, Develop).
- Risk & Control Management: Focus on mitigating risk and maintaining robust process controls.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of Advisor Academy intakes, ensuring all milestones and dependencies are met.
- Liaise with Academy, training, and business leads to agree on intake volumes and timings, proactively resolving any clashes.
- Produce pipeline and intake Management Information (MI) to surface risks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure candidates are fully prepared for their programs by managing readiness gates and onboarding actions.
- Collaborate with other business divisions to consult on complex issues and provide guidance to People Leaders.
- Continuously seek ways to improve operational trackers and develop new policies or procedures.
